Do you need a food project to sparkle?
I am a chef, recipe writer and food creative with extensive professional cooking and food industry experience.
I started cooking in Hampstead with a weekly pop-up and a private chef gig in St John’s Wood, London. Leiths trained, I was one of the original Directors of the Divertimenti Cookery School teaching and working with London’s renowned chefs and food writers. I went on to work with some of London’s top event companies, held consultancy posts and a second Directorship with a French cookery school brand. In 2010, I launched a high-end catering company with a solid client list in the Arts, Fashion, Finance, Sporting and Technology sectors.
I present and teach cookery classes, write recipes and curate food tours in Valencia, Spain.
I am available to lead tailored workshops and presentations and organise private or media led food tours.
I am happy to collaborate with quality brands to build awareness and create food led articles, recipes and content. I am interested in discussing commercial tie-ups, events and demonstrations, television and radio work, restaurant and menu consulting as well as recipe development.
