Pucker up and come on a whistle stop tour of the Mediterranean where I’ll be embracing the season with all things citrus. Recipes will include Squid w chorizo, blood orange and black rice, Caramelised artichokes with white wine and lemon and a weeknight Honey grilled chicken with orange. I’ll show you how to preserve the best of winter lemons and to finish, how about a slice of my classic Spanish style orange and almond cake with chocolate glaze?
There will be tastings to try on the day and recipes will be provided for you to take home.
