Tour of the Mercat Central in Valencia

Is there a better way to explore a city than through food? Join me for a private tour of the central Market in Valencia where you will be able to enjoy first hand the abundance of Mediterranean ingredients on offer. From fruit and vegetables to fish, local cheese, cured ham (of course), olive oils, wines, chocolate and not forgetting the rice that Valencia is famous for.

We will meet at a little churrería have a nibble and a chocolate dip, maybe an horchata or local orange juice and then wend our way through the market visiting some of my favourite stalls along the way. There will be lots of time to talk about the food and the culinary history of the market as well as taste some of the delicious food that we see.
