Marcia will be back at The Mistley Kitchen to teach a masterclass using aromatic flavour and spices from the Moorish Kitchen. So, expect to cook through a menu of Flat breads with olive oil and Za’atar; Pinchitos morunos; Griddled bread salad w padrón, sweet peppers and olives, Spiced quail with pomegranate salsa; Saffron rice w cinnamon fried onions, almonds & parsley; Braised fennel with lemon and to finish - Little orange and almond cakes with dark chocolate glaze!
